Neil Donald
Neil is our Chairman and has worked within the oil industry for over 25 years.
He is a graduate of UMIST and prior to Portland, worked for ACAS, St Clements Press (printers of the Financial Times) and from 1983 to 2008, was CEO of Southern Counties Fuels. He held the post of President of the Federation of Petroleum Suppliers in the 1990’s, was a Director of OFTEC for 8 years (the oil heating industry’s technical body) and holds a Directorship of Wielkopolska Energia, an eastern European energy company. Outside of business, he has been Chairman of Crawley Rugby Club and was a Crawley Councillor for 5 years.
He is married to Christine, has 3 children and one grand-daughter.
